Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed between 1 and 3 and will be delivered between 3 and 12 working days depending on the product as well as your location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If a significant delay in the shipment of your order occurs, you will be contacted via email.

 

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Costs

We ship worldwide for FREE, there is NO charge for shipping your order. Delivery delays can, however, occur occasionally.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has shipped. (The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours).

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

TheSmartWatch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping must be covered by the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
